I refer all condo Buyers to Joan Tobin because she has the knowledge to help them navigate the tricky road of insuring condos around the damage that was done and still not fixed from the 2020 August derecho. She did the legwork and research for months to figure out who would cover the Buyer (and thus the departing seller) to the greatest degree....
